"Sun" sational Cookies?? You know it!

I just made this DELICIOUS recipe for TK! He loves the cookies, no doubt! You HAVE to try it out. I, of course, substituted the egg for "Ener-G" egg replacer, and the flour for King Arthur's wheat free, gluten free all purpose flour. They turned out great!
